SOM Flint State Office / Flashing Restoration
Removing four courses of brick and repairing the thru-wall flashing was the main scope of work on this 8-story building. The work was performed at all window heads, as well as the relief angles on the south elevation. The window system was also replaced concurrently to upgrade the water weep system and glass tint for energy savings. In addition, Arisco installed new sealant at all masonry control joints around the building, and provided washing & sealing services to the brick masonry.
