Restoration / Facade Improvements
Arisco has done facade evaluations and produced property condition assessments for building owners and operators. The stabilization report that is developed for the customer gives them an opportunity to make valued decisions for their yearly budgets and correct critical deficiencies.
The job that Arisco finished late last year was a job that we broke out into two contracts to help the customers yearly budget cost.
We performed an analyses report in 2011 and found deficiencies in the failed flashing system.
After sending our corrective action report to the customer we started a facade repair. Including removal of old masonry and replacing new flashing system with new granite for an upgrade on the building envelope.
